WEB-Guided Reflection for New Insights

Traditional question and answer research does a good job getting at rational reasons for attitudes and behaviour. But sometimes the real magic is being able to tap into what's under the surface. Inspired by the academic method of Autoethnography, we can guide research participants to develop a deeper awareness of their behaviours and the thought processes behind them. By engaging them online over several days with thought-provoking activities, participants reflect on why they do what they do and think what they think. This can give us a powerful source of new insights.
